The hotel is a decent choice for a short stay, but not recommended for those planning to spend much time in the rooms. The beds are clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable, though I encountered some issues with water leakage. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the town center and local attractions like The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel.

I found the hotel to be quite overpriced for what it offered, with very basic rooms, but the shower made up for it with great water pressure and warmth. The service was a mix of helpful and delayed due to overworked staff. The location was perfect for attending events nearby, but noise from the maids' area was a downside. The dining experience varied from good to diabolical, depending on the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were really nice and clean, with a lovely view of Dollar Park. The bed and bedding were top-notch, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed with nice white towels. My only small gripe is that a mini fridge in the room would have been great to keep drinks cold since the room tended to get warm with the heating on. Overall, the modern decor and art pieces added a nice touch to the classic features.

Rooms

The rooms had everything I needed, clean and comfy, and the view of Dollar Park was a bonus.
Service

The service was exceptional! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I have to give a special shoutout to the night porter who went above and beyond to make my Dad feel welcomed. Absolute star!
Location

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. It's also a great spot for a stop-over on the way to Aberdeen. However, it would have been better if the smoking area was better maintained.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit lacking considering the price charged. The breakfast options were decent but could have been more varied and tastier. However, the self-service counter for a Scottish breakfast was a nice touch.
Facilities

The facilities were fine and did the job for my stay. Maybe a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area could improve the overall experience. Value for money was reasonable.

Staying at the hotel was convenient due to its central location for both the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel visits. The room temperature was a bit too warm for my liking compared to other hotels at a similar price range. The service was appropriate, especially considering I was in town for a training course. However, the morning noise in the restaurant was a downside.

Rooms

The hotel has a nice and modern style but overlooks the car park and entrance, where noise can be quite loud late at night due to smokers, drinkers, and taxis. It's used for functions, which adds to the activity around the area. After a full day enjoying the warm sun, the overall experience was pleasant.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms have a nice and modern style but are overlooking the car park and entrance, making it noisy at night due to activities in that area.
Service
8.0
The staff was helpful, and getting assistance required them to come from the back office. A light lunch was enjoyable, and the value was excellent.
Location
6.0
The location is good, not too far from the city, but it could be tidier as it allows smoke to drift into the sitting areas. Close to attractions like the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were good, and the breakfast provided satisfactory choices. Conveniently located next to the car park.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities are suitable for a comfortable stay, though some areas may need attention to detail.
